Buying

Who can buy from Boosters Only?

We sell wholesale only, to licensed clinics, distributors and registered businesses. We may ask for proof of your license or business registration before your first order.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Each product has its own MOQ, shown on its product page and on your quote. OEM and ODM projects start from 2,000 pcs.

How do I get prices?

Send a quote request with the products, quantities and destination, or message us on WhatsApp. Our trade team replies within one business day with pricing, MOQ and shipping options.

Can I order samples first?

Tell us which products you would like to test in your quote request, and our team will confirm the options for a first sample order.

Payment

How do I pay?

Prices are quoted and paid in US dollars (USD). Payment is made in advance against our proforma invoice, which states the payment details.

Shipping

Which Incoterms do you use?

We trade on FCA (Incoterms 2020). We pack your order, clear it for export and hand it to the carrier in Korea. From that point, freight, import duties and import clearance are handled by you.

Which carriers do you use and how long does delivery take?

We can book DHL, FedEx, UPS or EMS on your behalf, or hand over to your own freight forwarder. Typical transit time is about 10 days, depending on the destination.

Can temperature-sensitive products be shipped?

Yes. Temperature-controlled packing is available on request.

Documents

Which documents come with my order?

Every order includes a commercial invoice, packing list and the batch Certificate of Analysis (CoA). MSDS / SDS, Certificate of Free Sale (CFS) and Certificate of Origin are available on request.

Do I need to register the products in my country?

Many countries require product or importer registration before customs clearance. Requirements differ by country and product type, so check with your local regulator. We supply the manufacturer documents your registration needs.

OEM/ODM

How long does an OEM or ODM project take?

Typically 10 to 16 weeks from brief to export: brief and NDA, formula and samples, packaging and design, production and QC, then export.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?

With OEM you bring the formula or specification and we have it produced under your brand. With ODM you choose a proven formula already in production and add your own branding and packaging.
