The seller
These terms apply to sales by Boosters Only (business registration no. 504-36-01820), Room N208, 33, Hwajung-ro 104beon-gil, Deogyang-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do 10497, Republic of Korea.
Who can buy
We sell only to licensed clinics, distributors and registered businesses. We may ask for proof of your license or business registration before accepting an order, and we may decline any order.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. An order is confirmed when you accept our proforma invoice and we receive payment, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Prices and payment
Prices are quoted and paid in US dollars (USD). Payment terms are stated on the proforma invoice; unless agreed otherwise, payment is made in advance against it. Bank charges on your side are paid by you.
Minimum order quantities
Each product has a minimum order quantity shown on its product page or quote. OEM and ODM projects start from 2,000 pcs.
Delivery (FCA)
We deliver on FCA terms (Incoterms 2020). We pack your order, clear it for export and hand it to the carrier in Korea. Ownership and risk pass to you at that point.
International freight, import duties, taxes, import clearance and any product registration in your country are your responsibility. Transit times given by us or the carrier are estimates.
Documents
Every order includes a commercial invoice, packing list and the batch Certificate of Analysis. Other documents, such as MSDS, Certificate of Free Sale or Certificate of Origin, are available on request.
Inspection and claims
Please inspect goods on arrival. Report visible damage, shortages or wrong items within 7 days of receipt, with photos and the batch number, so we can investigate with the manufacturer or carrier.
Returns
Because these are professional aesthetic products, we cannot accept returns of goods that have left our control, except where a product is defective or does not match the order.
Use of products
You are responsible for using, storing and reselling products in line with the laws of your country and the manufacturer's instructions, and only by qualified professionals where required.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit. We are not liable for indirect losses.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
